We just completed an Intermediate Handgun Course taught by Bill Jeans. This was not a technique course but rather a how to fight with a handgun course. Bill as an instructor is exceptional and presented a wealth of information. Bill was a highly decorated Marine in Vietnam, was a high level instructor at Gunsite, and provides training to California SWAT teams. He is immensely proud of having been one of Uncle Sam's Misbegotten children and rightly so. We did a number of drills what were both challenging and, sometimes, even fun.
I was so impressed that he and I have agreed that he will be back in 2008.
Bill is one of the superstars of firearms training, yet his name is not well known except within the top trainers. The number of other famous trainers that he has taught includes almost all of the top guys.
