I think I already know the answer to this, but I'd rather be sure than violate the law. This weekend I'm traveling to CT. Can I carry OC spray there without any permit? I'm pretty sure I can, but being from Massachusetts, I've been indoctrinated to think that I'm not allowed to anything unless the government tells me explicitly that I can.

Yes you can! The only permit in CT is to carry Pistols & Revolvers (openly or concealed).
