Could be the entry in the Shooting Calendar. I have it listed as 8:00, but I don't know where I got that time. If anything, you'll be early.

I've been told by several of the USPSA/IDPA shooters at Bass River that all outside Sunday shooting starts at 10:00.

It is always 10am down there. Since it is probably a rule that has to do with neighbors, I can't imagine the start time changes from one event to another.

None of the USPSA matches require club membership.

I see nothing listed on the 4th, but from Bass River’s calendar their next USPSA match is on Sunday, the 5th of April. It should start at 10:00 after a shooter’s meeting at 9:45. Showing up early to help is a good thing. http://www.bassriverrod-gunclub.com/Home.html

I don’t think you have to be a member to shoot your first match in either IDPA or USPSA.
If you are new to IDPA/USPSA, it might be good just to watch a match first?
(Let them know if you are new anyway)
