AZ - Dad Shoots Man For Choking Daughter

What bothers me is that the father shoots THROUGH a window while his daughter is nearby. I'm mean seriously?

I would tend to believe this is just bad reporting. I can see him shooting through the open window into the ground away from them just to get the attackers attention. After that didn't get the BG's attention it led him to jump out the window. just my .02
