avatar size

My avatar thread got me thinking about resizing. (No small penis jokes from reply please Dave )
I tried uploading a slightly larger size but still can't get past the old 80 x 80 size limit. I tried linking photobucket direct links and from saved on my PC and it still says fail to load.
What is the new max avatar size if any and whats the best way to go about uploading?

I'm not sure what the limit is on the setting, but I fixed yours and made it a bit bigger, Ray. Lemme know what you think.

It must be about who you know I uploaded at the same size as other people's large avatars and it gets resized to 100 pixels, I feel so discriminated against
