It's the reason that the Administration has continually stoked the fire; why else would things reverted 20 years to the Rodney King days? Look how media ignored the significance of Tim Scott's win in SC back in November. Or the significance of Condy being the first Black Female Sec. of State. Or how the vermon on the left treated Sarah Palin in the 2008 election cycle and since!
