AR suppresor in Connecticut

Is it legal to have a suppresor for an AR 15 in CT. I am aware of the $200 stamp, but the logistics if a threaded barrel is used appear against CT assault weapon law.

I would think so as long as it is on an AR with a pre-ban lower.
