Anyone ever deer hunt NJ?

Got a lead on a place to hunt in NJ and I'm wondering if it's worth the trip? I did a NES search on the topic and came up with nothing. This guy says the deer down there are small, but everywhere. Bag limit is 3 bucks and 3 does (on this property), I guess success rates are pretty high and they hunt right through January. He is trying to convince me to head down....

Anyone--pros or cons?

I wouldn't give the state of NJ steam, let alone buy a hunting license there.

Same goes for MA. I quit buying hunting and fishing licenses for MA years and years ago. In two months, they're getting my license plates back too. Not one more dime!!!
