You know you and your family's been into guns for some time when you unearth something like this. I was rummaging through some old miscellaneous parts and stuff and found this. I was like "what the hell is this"? I vaguely remember sticking it in there years ago. The curious dog wanted to know too. [grin]

pretty sure the rimmed shells lying in front are 30-40 Krag. They may be marked 30 caliber US or something similar. The black tip is 30-06 AP, the round nose rifle round next to it is probably a 30-40 Krag round with the 220gr RN bullet. The other round nose rifle round could be a 30-03. The 22 crimped top is a blank.
