Ammo in trunk...crimp issues over time?

As the title says, I'm curious if you keep a box of x ammo, say 357 or 44 mag for an extended period of time in a vehicle trunk, would the vibration loosen the crimp?

Unless you drive the space shuttle, no. Think of recoil forces versus going over a bump and ammo doesn't change based upon recoil. Car driving is nothing matched to recoil forces.
