Aimpoint clone question

I just got an Aimpoint clone with a 4 MOA dot. I noticed that the dot moves with my eye. Is it supposed to do this?

Red dot sights are usually parallax corrected for about 25 yards.
Try sighting at various ranges to see how yours is set.
