As a few members have acquired Mausers lately, I thought I'd repost this thread from a friend who found out how to improve the accuracy of a typical Russian Captured Mauser K98. Several members, including me, have used this technique and seen great improvements in their shooting. My Depot XII Mainz-Kassel RC I built from a barreled action out-shoots any of my other Mausers, even 100% as issued matched pieces.
