Don't know if anyone here loads for the 5.7x28mm FN PS90 (10.3" SBR CMMG 1/7 barrel - not tested with the Five-Seven pistol or 16" PS90 Carbine) but I figured i'd try to contribute some load data for an obscure caliber. I loaded up a bunch and had great success with the following combo for general range/plinking use:

55gr FMJBT (Milsurp)
4.4 grains Hodgdon HS-6
1.585" COL
1.135" Cart Length (+- .003)

Worked well and fed properly with minimal recoil (not that there is much recoil in this weapon system). I'm going to load up some more and get some chrony data in the next few weeks that i'll post up once I have it.

** Range Update 2/15/09 **
I upped the powder charge from the original 4.4 grains of HS-6 to 4.6 grains and ran about 200 rounds through the PS90 SBR. I did 2 strings of chronograph tests. The velocity isn't spectacular but i'm working on a range/plinking load so I think it's perfect for that use. All 200 cases showed no signs of primer bulges or head seperation.

String 1: Average 1456.6 FPS (10 round average)
String 2: Average 1469.7 FPS (10 round average)
String 3: Average 1956.4 FPS (Factory SS197SR 10 round average)

** Range Update 3/19/09 **
Went to the range over the weekend with some new loads. Load data is the same but I upped the powder to 4.8gr of HS-6. All loads shot well with no signs of over-pressure. When I can i'll get some chrony data on the 4.8gr load.
