I just became aware of this event, does anyone have any info about the one from last year? I am in a dilemma as their is a shotgun match going on during the same day/time and location as well.

I am confused as to what it means by "shooting off a pack allowed". If someone could help explain that would be much appreciated. I think is might have reference to using a back pack as a shooting rest, correct?
