.22LR ammo

Are these walmarts with ammo in areas where the people shopping walmart probably dont have guns and those that do wont go to walmart?
Ware Ma, i thought that was the area of mass being bought up bu the wealthy commie/socialist folks?
Any how grab what you can when you can

Why would people who have guns not buy ammo at Walmart?

Because of their decision to not sell certain types of ammo anymore.

Also, now I’m ticked off at myself for not picking up some mini-mags when TSUSA had them last week. I took my .22 out this past weekend and shot some WWB, Federal AE, and some other Federal 40gr (blue box).

Yeah, I figured that, but they’re still supplying the means to train otherwise. 30-06 in great supply, also 30-30, 6.5 CM in great supply and probably cheaper than TS, .308, when they have it, is roughly the same price as TS. Beggars/choosers and what not.

I get the hate. I hate that they did what they did, but ammo is ammo, is ammo. I‘d argue that the source isn’t as important as the target, training or otherwise.

Glad I held off on the TSUSA mini-mags. I’ve got plenty of 40 grn. LRN and wanted to diversify. Walmart had the 36grn. HP’s I was after and at ¢7.4/rd.

Atleast your Walmart still sells ammo, this is the Walmart in Swansea 3 days ago when I took a stroll by the ammo ... wtf is this about?

Those golden bullets - woof. I still have a
75% of one of those buckets left. Extreme accuracy issues, very audible differences in report after each shot (massive differences in powder charges) and for the finale, it leaded my mkiii to the point where it was a smoothbore. There was no rifling left! That was fun to clean. Anyone want the rest of the bucket?

Great price on those mini mags
I must be the only person on the planet that has no problem with those.

I have been through several buckets... maybe one fail to fire per bucket. All three of my 10/22 rifles, my CZ455, and my SR22 all eat them all day long. The 10/22 easily holds 4 inches at 100 yards and the CZ will hold 2 inches reliably (one when I do my part).

No leading issues that I have found so far.

You do on occasion get a hot one or a slow one, but 90+% of the time they are plenty reliable and consistent.

I repackage them into old CCI boxes, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Person with the license left or was fired? I'm unsure of the exact details, but I know someone employed by each specific Walmart (In MA?) needs to be licensed to sell ammo. If they left unexpectedly or were fired they would be unable to sell ammo. I think.
Or, they suck and just don't want to deal with finding the damn key for bastards like me who are just going to clean them out of .22, .308, and 12 ga. slugs and buck.

I'm with you. Unpopular opinion; Thunderbolt gives me consistent issues and I'd take golden bullet over them.

That's possible, not like this is the first time its happened... was hoping to score a few K .22s and some random calibers
Rando calibers they probably have, but not too rando. A few K .22's? Probably not. Though, if they've been shuttered for a while there's a chance and you just need to hit them when they open back up. The 500 I scored today was the most I've seen in months in my travels. You're better off hounding TSUSA and waiting for mini-mags to reappear.

Wal-Mart doesn't carry .223, 7.62x39 or handgun ammo.
Whenever I upgrade the useless Walmart app on my Android phone,
I unit test the new version by searching for ``.223'',
just to give their database journal Moonbats Remorse.

(I.e., ``Hey Boss, we keep getting these queries for Assault Weapon ammo,
and the sales in all the other departments have cratered'').

We can always hope.
