While technically not a milsurp, it is assuredly built on a Kar98 action and has the WWI era claw mounts and optics. My Type B is the single flat (rear) bridge variation, and has a 1/2 octagon and 1/2 round barrel, ribbed along the upper length, and with a ramped front sight. The open rear sight leafs are marked at 100, 200 and 300 meters.

This was a commercially offered firearm for hunting or range shooting. The double set trigger reduces sear release to under 1/2 lb trigger pull. Chambered in an obsolete round, 8 X 60 J, I probably won't be firing it without developing some cases and handloads.

There's a little left side bluing loss, especially on the 4X scope and floor plate, and the pressed horn buttplate is a little beat up. But still, it's a seriously gorgeous gun.

Pics, enjoy, and thanks for looking.

Yes, these are listed from $3 to 10,000 - when you can find them.

Unless you talk the shop owner down from $1,399 to $800, and he says, "O.K." He had it listed as an interwar 1930's sporter.
