What is a grip bushing driver? Yours don't take a flat head screwdriver?

Both of my builds allowed the use of a properly fitted slot head screwdriver.

I decided to go with the screw driver method of removal. The first two came out without problem. The second two got destroyed, but it was nothing that vice grips couldn't handle.
