Thinking of getting a Remington 11-87, which the wife would be using for casual clays. Is there a reason to not use one finish over another? I'm thinking the overmolded finish might be too tacky.
If the wife can try them both on, that's best; if she can shoot both, that's better. The balance will be different, giving a different feel. Which is best is subjective.
The temptation to make a joke about having wood is overwhelming, but there was a similar thread recently and someone already made the obvious joke, so I will refrain.
Still - I do like wood better because it is prettier. That's pretty much my entire defense of wood versus nylon.
