I bought this thinking I wanted to do some long range shooting and/or go out west and hunt antelope and mule deer when really all I want is a really nice northeast deer rifle for NY and VT. This gun is really something. 26 in barrel, the sweetest trigger I have ever pulled, muzzle brake, very very smooth short throw bolt and Leupold rings. I know everyone says this but it is like new. Here is what I would trade it for: A really nice deer rifle of comparable value 308, 270, 7mm-08, 6.5 bolt action. Please no savage axis, remington 783, Ruger Americans or anything like that. Looking for a higher end rifle like this one just a different configuration. I may consider a very good condition lever gun or even a minty pump rifle (Remington 7600?) Looking for something I can hunt with this fall. Try me. Pics added. I also have a video.
