Description : NIB PSA Complete AR Upper in 5.56mm, including Bolt Carrier Group. 16" M-4 configuration barrel. Front sight post insert is missing. $10 fix or upgrade to Tritium or fiber optic.
Palmetto refuses to ship anything to Mass anymore so grab this for a lower now, or put it away to see if SCOTUS saves us. In any event I went with 6.5 Grendel so take this without any paperwork for a decent price.
