Complete Anderson dissipator upper with BCG, charging handle, sightmark 3X magnifier and Tacticon flip up rear iron sight. Upper has 60 rounds through it. Real pleasant shooter. No issues. True dissipator with rifle length gas system. Love this upper but Im selling everything to finance other stuff.
