For Sale: A Remington Model 31 slide action. 12 gauge. Has an attached Cutts Compensator. Based on this and the "Imp Cyl" marking, I've put the production of this (as have others who know more than me) at 1947. The Model 31 (M31) ran from 1931 to 1949 as a direct competitor to the Winchester M12. This particular model is post-WWII and was likely marketed towards hunters. Likely a Dec production month.
Condition: Given it's age, it is in good condition. The last owner used this for pheasant hunting, though I have not live-fired it. It is C&R eligible. Good trigger. Pump action is smooth and crisp.
Price: $300 (plus any transfer fees).
Trades: Always interested in historical/C&R/interesting pieces
Transaction: Can meet in Norwood or Dennis Port for FFL transfer (fee is probably $30-$50 range). Can also ship to your FFL for a fee. This is 03 C&R eligible.
