I have to be in court in the morning. Do they supply lock boxes and allow for carrying to the courthouse or do I have to go unarmed in that fine part of town?

Unarmed. Most courthouses only have a single 4-locker gun locker and restrict it to LEOs or attorneys only.

Yes, unloaded and in locked case or locked trunk.
