why is the off topic page only two pages deep?

I was trying to scroll through the pages of offtopic, but its only two pages deep. Are the threads deleted quickly or something!?

It just defaults to only showing threads updated in the last 24 hours. Go to the bottom of the page and change the display options to see more threads.

Then select "Default Thread Age Cut Off" and select show all.
