Who's makes this .22 ammo?

Found a small stash of .22 far as I know it's German made. Any ideas who makes it? Or even what grain it is?

SK is Lapua, looks like the 40 grain HP stuff thats been floating around here and there.

Yep. Whereas SK stands for Schönebeck/Elbe and their ammo is good stuff.
This is the former "VEB Sprengstoffwerk Schönebeck" (VEB = Volkseigener Betrieb = "People's own explosives plant") during commie times in the East.
