Please set your User CP (Red toolbar in Forum) to view ALL THREADS.
Read the thread (I think it is a Sticky) titled something like "Everyone should get a C&R", that should answer a lot of questions.
Then use the Search for specific keywords (best to use Advanced Search) to "fill in the blanks" on your questions.
