The elected Sheriffs in UT already said they would enforce 'no law pertaining to the limitation and confiscation' of firearms. Let's hope that holds true as well.

With a pro 2A state like Utah Constitutional Carry is only a matter of time, so it is a matter of when not if. Especially since two of their neighbors have already gone the way of constitutional carry.

If I am not mistaken Utah tried to pass this last time around as well.

On a side note, Louisiana is not too far away from constitutional carry too. The voters passed it through ballot referendum in Novemeber and is pending a court challenge.
