Reading the description this throws up a red flag :

"the SUPER-SHORTY is considered an AOW (Any Other Weapon)"

Look up that and see what NY law is

AFAIK, the only AOW allowed in NY is the shotgun pistol. It gets registered as a handgun on your NYS pistol license. You can't get CLEO sigh off for any other AOW.
