Hey guys just getting the word out there that anyone that served in Iraq or Afganistan in the past years that was under stop loss status. They passed a bill for every month you were in stop loss status you get $500.00 or retro pay and they pay it to you tax free as though you were over there. I got back a good $3,800. Only stipulation is if you were in stop loss status. Then re enlisted and got a bonus you can not get it. If anyone needs more info let me know. I lucked out cause when I got back from Iraq i was discharged for 1 month. Then re enlisted in another branch of service w a bonus.
