Not sure what forum to put this on but have a question. I own a Springfield XDS 9mm registered legally in ma. If I want to sell will a gun shop do a transfer on this pistol?

I'm in the same boat, I have two pistols that I'm waiting till January to sell. The real kick in the ass is that 3 of the 4 transfers I did could have been done through a FFL.
