Spectre 9mm

Hi everybody,
I was wondering if someone had information on the Spectre 9mm( i believe it's an M4). There doesn't seem to be much info online about them. Are they pretty rare? Does anybody have any experience shooting one good or bad?

Italian made, by SITES. My dad has one in .45 ACP. It's your typical run of the mill European SMG. Pretty good shooter, but not really unique besides its rarity in the US and the 4 column 50 round mags in 9mm.
