Sorry if a repeat, but is a FAL possible in Mass?

I've searched through the forums but I can't seem to find an answer one way or another: do I have a snowball's chance in He11 of owning an FAL in Massachusetts?

Yes - a permanently attached muzzle brake that's the wrong diameter for bayonets or rifle grenades, on a non-Para FAL will be just fine here. Preban mags are still easy to find, too. If you don't want to build that yourself, call DS Arms, and tell them you're looking for a MA legal FAL - they can build it, but it won't be cheap.

Or, if you don't mind a bare muzzle this DSA would work.

Both Pre-ban FAL's and neutered FAL's are fine in MA...Just like anyother AW, just can't buy a FAL made after 1994 with too many evil features...

I'm almost done building mine. So far .gov hasn't kicked in my doors yet.

The only limitation is that of the AWB - can't have too many evil features, and can't be a post-ban FN-FAL, which is specifically banned by name.
