Smokin-It (SI) 2D Wifi electric smoker on an SI cart with locking wheels, all stainless steel. Control and track your cook with SI's phone app, gives a perfect smoke every time. Uses a tiny amount of wood, either chunk or chips. Includes a spare door with SI's Bella cold smoker kit, with it you can cold smoke fish, cheese, etc. Two temperature probes can be used to automatically stop your cook when a desired temperature is reached.
