There are many exotic Shotgun Shells.

Are these things legal in MA ?

To sell ?

To own ?

To shoot ?

I expect even firing Blanks outside of a Range is illegal - correct ?

Someone once told me the dragon's breath type were considered fireworks, and therefore illegal, but that didn't seem quite right to me. I'd be interested to hear some solid facts on this too.
