Doc Williams hosted an instructor qual course that I attended (the last one, he's 70) on the weekend which was massively enlightening in terms of target selection and visualization. He also uses the simlab computer videos with laser gun simulation, which is pretty damn good. Highly recommend that you buy his SXRV manual while it is still available, I am trying to convince him to do a book. I may at some point publicly offer the course in the Boston area, but that's probably not for a few years.
