What are the laws on selling ammo in RI, and also shipping ammo either in or out of state?

They should. I've bought in RI and the dealer never asked for a permit nor where I was from. RI apparently doesn't make it a crime to possess ammo w/o a RI permit.

Ya, buying ammo in RI is fine. You don't need anything besides a photo ID showing your age... IF they ask. Most of the time they take your money, give you the ammo, and your off.
