I have the same safe but I lost the manual. I will tell you one thing don't loose the key.

Mine stopped working shortly after I got it and S&W refused to do any thing about it. Than they sent me to the maker who refused to do any thing about it.

I have this and mine stopped working too. As Bugs100 said don't lose the key.
If I get time I will see if I can find my manual.

Versa Vaults were made for S&W by American Security. I don't know anything about the Versa Vault, but see that American Security has a listing of manuals available for download. Do any of these help in any way?
