The Ruger Special Editions and distributor specials are not certified by Ruger for sale in MA.
If you want one, you will have to wait until one is brought in by someone moving here from the free states.

This "consumer protection" thing is some kind of PITA. I understand the concept behind the regulations (reduce the influx of cheap gubs), but how the sales of cigarettes is more safe than those of firearms is beyond me...
