The one where a married couple had a fight and the wife took a shot at her husband. He returned fire and killed her. I heard from Gary Dion today and the DA has (finally) cleared him of all wrong doing. He's moving on with his life and trying to put this all behind him. It took two years for the DA to investigate and decide not to prosecute.
