recipe for 12 gauge

Hi I was wondering if anybody had any info on reloading buckshot with HERCO in 3 inch case,s I can only find limited info even in the books that I have.i made up one with 21-40 grain no1 pellets, with 30 grains of herco,and I used a non cut wad in a Remington duplicate case that had 24 pellets of no 1 in it.It was kind of weak but worked great.

Published recipes for Herco that I see only go up to 1.375 oz (601.56GN) of payload, you might want to dig in over at www.shotgunworld.com

I read in another thread about this guy combining two different pistol powders, perhaps you can take those two pistol powder and add a rifle powder and you should be g2g.

WELL I tweak a lil but not unsafely.Adding rifle powder is something that I wouldn't consider unless I was a prisoner of war and just escaped
