Can I provide firearm DCOA services, do I need an FFL?
I would not be working for profit but what about charging only for the cost of cleaning supplies used? If I use $3.00 worth of ultrasonic cleaning fluid and $1.00 worth of swabs, can I charge the customer $4.00?
Also, what smithing services can I provide without needing an FFL?
I want to apply for an FFL but my current residence is zoned only for residental and I cannot afford to rent a shop location. I eventually am going to be opening or taking over a pawnshop which will also be a full service gunshop.
But right now can my shop be a commercially zoned garage-like storage unit?
