Sold my house in MA and before I close next month and move to NH, I would like to sell this rifle to someone in MA and keep it in state if possible. Pre-1994 Bushmaster, low serial number L043xxx (well before the preban L052xxx cut off) in excellent condition. Anodizing looks almost new, so not sure if previous owner just kept it in a safe or had it reanodized. KAC SR-15 E3 Mod 2 16" 5.56 upper receiver with very low round count. LMT/KAC buffer tube, Wilson Combat TTU 2 stage trigger, Ergo Suregrip, Radian Raptor LT charging handle, KAC OEM sights, B5 SOPMOD stock. Aimpoint T2 with Larue Mount, Surefire flashlight, SilencerCo ASR 3 prong flash hider, but happy to include a KAC QDC 3 prong that came with the upper. Everything is in excellent condition. KAC has a weird finish on their rail and the Ergo grip looks dirty in pics but is perfect.

If I sell the rifle, I am keeping the Aimpoint and Surefire light. Not looking to part out or split the upper and lower. Looking for funds to offset moving expenses.
Right now, not looking for trades.
I will only sell to someone with a valid MA LTC via EFA10 or via an FFL transfer. All MA and Federal Laws will be followed. If to be shipped, will be shipped via FFL to buyer's FFL.
Statement of Legal compliance:
I will comply with all Federal and State Laws. If the firearm is to be shipped, you must provide me with a signed copy of your dealer's FFL (or your 03FFL if this is a Curio and Relic). For private party face-to-face transactions (only permitted by Fed law when both buyer and seller live in same state), I will meet all applicable state and federal laws.
When ammunition, magazines or other regulated items are sold/bought or traded as part of this transaction, I agree to follow all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to these items.
