I bought the lower back in 2014. It came to me with one of the trigger guard tabs broken, but I re-epoxied it and threw on some Birchwood Casey Alum Black touch-up. It did the job.
The serial # dates this lower as manufactured between 09/15/1986 - 03/09/1988.
It is registered as an SBR but I am selling it as an ordinary Title 1 lower. I can contact the ATF and remove it from the NFA registry if the new buyer thinks he wants to submit a Form 1 of their own in the future. Buyer is responsible for removing my engraving though.
I am selling the lower with takedown pins, mag release, bolt release, safety and trigger guard. Nothing else is included (FCG, stock, grip, etc).
