Ok I have an Olympic Arms Pre-Ban Carbine with an A1 upper. I would like to get a 16" Flat Top Heavy barrel or M4 Contour upper receiver for the gun. I have been trying to figure out which upper to buy. Olympic non-chromed heavy barrel, Bushmaster heavy or M4 contour chrome lined barrel upper, or perhaps a Fulton Armory 16" upper with 1MOA accuracy, chromed or non-chromed is a choice? In trems of cost the Bushmaster would run $680 w/carry handle, Olympic would be $560 w/carry handle, and the Fulton Armory would be $580 w/carry handle and an additional $50 with the chrome lined barrel. Also what hand guard would you with?
