I have been hearing good things about police chief in Coventry R.I. will issue ccw permits rather than sending them to AG's office!! 'bout time!
 
I've actually been needing to file an application for a non-res in RI. I live right on the border of Rhode Island and Mass, and my fiance works in Rhode Island so I'm frequently in and out of there. Has anybody heard anything about the Tiverton RI police chief? Is he willing to process a non-res application (even though technically it's RI law), or does he refer people to the AG?
