Oil or Grease for an M1 Carbine?

Now that I've stripped and cleaned my M1 Carbine, I'm about to put her all back together. Got me thinking on whether it would be better to use oil or grease in the proper locations. Most of my semi auto handguns and rifles work fine with oil, but I use grease with my Garand. I'm thinking that using grease on the carbine may be a good idea as well.

What do you think?

+1 - Grease is good for Military rifles. They love it!
