As I just got my NRA trainer certification and MSP blessings, I would like to offer my assistance at any training class or range event even if it's just to set up and clean up, or just be an extra set of eyes and hands. No pay expected, my compensation would be being able to monitor the class and get some experience interacting with students in a support role.
I am starting to advertise and am ordering and making materials. I just want to ramp up my interpersonal skills as an "instructor." Perhaps, pick up some tips from people who have been doing this a while.
