We welcome everyone interested in obtaining the Massachusetts License to Carry or the Utah Concealed Pistol License to take our FREE no live-fire NRA Home Firearm Safety Course/Massachusetts Basic Firearm Safety Course (BFS). This is a four-hour class which satisfies the requirement for obtaining both the Massachusetts LTC and Utah Concealed Pistol License. Upon completion of the class, participants will be issued a Massachusetts BFS course certificate, an NRA certificate, be finger printed, and have a certified application for the Utah license which they can submit with a copy of their home state permit for the Utah Concealed Pistol License which offers 30 state reciprocity. The cost of this course is FREE. Why free? Because I believe that anyone who wants to carry should have access to instruction that will facilitate getting their license in the most cost effective manner. For an additional $50 fee, we offer range instruction for individuals who reside in towns that require live fire as a requirementfor the Massachusetts License to Carry.
This class is offered at Practical Defense Concepts at Boston's Faneuil Hall Marketplace on the third Saturday of each month from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Seating is limited to 12 students, so call to register early.
