NRA Basic Pistol courses in central Maine??

Looking for an NRA Basic Pistol course in the central Maine area for my fiancee to take. Worse case scenario, I might be able to get her training down in NH, but I'm trying to get her set up soon for her Carry Permit. Thanks in advance.

You just missed the beginning of the last scheduled course at Scarborough. Give the guys on the page a call to see if they're holding another soon.

There is some contact info on Hapden's site, you could check with them to see if they're hosting any courses soon.

Also give Howell's in Gray a call, he hosts some courses there.

I'll PM you with contact info for Peter Joyce. He runs courses in the Falmouth area and is an excellent instructor.

Does ME have a gun rights org? If so, check their website or give them a call and see what's available for training.

Thanks for the info. She ended up signing up for a course being held at Van Raymonds in Brewer, ME. They offer one for $60. There is also a range that offers handgun safety courses in Guilford for $50.
