Just got a notice about new training being offered in pistol/rifle/low light. at the moment they only have one class up and running, "Defensive Handgun Scenarios". but looks like they should have some more up soon. heres the info for the handgun course.

PREMISE: You have your concealment permit... now what? Real training at the Urban Warfare Center where thousands of soldiers, airman and police have refined their force-on-force skills!
OVERVIEW: This is a NON-LETHAL munitions course. In the course you will use/shoot rubber guns, blanks, 6mm air soft pellets, .68 caliber rubber balls, and other force-on-force technologies to accomplish the skills tasks. This course is heavy on weapons manipulation/movement and, scenarios. This course is focused on the individual that carries a firearm and features no team tactics.
This course teaches the student the concepts basic firearm safety, familiarization, and how to deploy their pistol from a holster while concealed. Weapon techniques and advanced technologies are not only introduced, but used during active scenarios. The individual will understand the dynamics of a confrontation, and be able to present a smooth transition from concealment to weapon presentation. The student will be able address potential dynamic threats, and utilize the personal decision tree, and discretionary shooting. Basic movement will be learned, and proper shooting behaviors will be stressed. During this course the most advanced techniques and technologies will be used to immerse the student, and produce an experience as close as it gets to the real thing.
